Ingredients

  1. for Pasta:
  2. 3/4 cupPenne Pasta
  3. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  4. 4-5 cupsWater
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. forWhite Sauce:
  7. 1 tablespoonButter
  8. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped Garlic
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoonsall purpose flour
  10. 1 1/2 cupsMilk
  11. 1/4 teaspoondried Oregano
  12. 1/4 teaspoonRed Chilli Flakes
  13. Pinchblack pepper powder
  14. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil raw pasta, take 4-5 cups water in deep sauce pan, bring it to boil over medium flame. When it start boiling, add 3/4 cup Penne pasta and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Boil them.

    Transfer cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water.

    Heat 1½ tablespoons butter in the same pan or kadhai over medium flame. Add 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

    Add 1½ tablespoons all purpose flour.
    Stir continuously and cook for a minute.Pour 1½ cups milk little by little while stirring continuously with a whisk.

    Reduce flame to low. Continue stirring and cooking until mixture starts to thicken. Add 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes, a pinch of black pepper powder and salt.

    After that add boiled pasta and mix it properly.
    Then serve in plate, garnish with oregano.
