Grind green moong dal along with some water into coarse and semi-thick mixture. Transfer in a bowl

Add green peas and corn kernels to the batter and mix. Add green chillies, crushed peppercorns, salt, coriander leaves and cashew nuts. And mix it very well.

Preheat an electric waffle iron.

Add baking soda to the batter and mix well.

Grease the preheated waffle iron with some oil. Pour some batter, cover and toast from both sides till golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot waffles with mint chutney. And enjoy your super most healthy breakfast 💞.
