First boil milk & keep stirring in between. Once it boils switch off the gas & let it cool for 2 min. Now add vinegar slowly to it till it curdles.

Now strain it in a muslin cloth & wash it two times with fresh water to remove flavour of vinegar. Then squeeze it gently & hang it for 15 min so that extra water removes from it. Now keep chena in a plate and start to mash it till it becomes smooth textured.

Now add cornflour to it and mash it again gently. Now make small balls of it. Now take water and sugar in a pan & boil it till sugar dissolves completely.

When bubbling starts in sugar syrup, put all balls in sugar syrup slowly. Add rose essence to sugar syrup.Boil it for 5 min then cover it with a lid & cook it for 15 min.
