In bajra flour add fenugreek leaves, green garlic, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, asafoetida, carom seeds, sesame seeds, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, salt and whisked curd. Mix well.

Add some water and prepare the batter. Keep the batter little bit thick.On a pan spread some ghee and add some sesame seeds. Pour the batter and spread it evenly.

On top of it add some sesame seeds and spread some ghee. Once it is cooked well from the bottom flip it and cook the other side.

Roast both the sides well. Our Chamchami is ready.
