10 LEggs, hard boiled,
500 ccHWC
3/4 cupMonkfruit powdered,
1/4 cupCacao, powdered,
2 tspVanilla extract,
1/8 tspSalt

Put hard boiled eggs and HWC in food processor on high. Blend until creamy

Add all other ingredients, and blend on medium.

Scrape sides, check sweetener and adjust. Blend again until creamy.

Serves 8 to 10 small mason jars.

Keeps 4 days or more in fridge.
