Together all ingredients,soak almonds & pistachios.Turn on flame place nonstick pan with 1 tbsp water pour milk.

Boil milk stir continues reduce 1/4 part turn off flame,,cool on room temperature, now take a mixture jar put all thandai masala in a jar churn & make a fine powder.soak sago(sabudana)1 hour.

Now add roohafza,in a boiled cold milk with boiled sago,pour in a jar blend it,pour in a bowl.

Garnish with chopped rose petals & chopped pistachios.yummy,delicious,healthy royal thandai kheer is ready to serve.
