Easy Lemon Sugar Cookies

This was a highly praised recipe on a foreign website. I reduced the amount of sugar and butter for my own variation that's easier to make.

I think these cookies would taste sweet enough without mixing in too much sugar, since they're coated with sugar on the surface. Soften the butter by bringing it to room temperature or microwaving it for 10-15 seconds at 500 W. Recipe by mini
