Take 1 cup of bajra flour, add grated potatoes to it. Add salt, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, sesame seeds,green chilis + ginger paste, red chili powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well.

Pour little water and prepare a dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes to set.

Apply little oil to your hands and knead the dough for a few minutes.Divide the dough into small balls and grease the rolling board and pin.Roll the dough balls into a slightly thick poori.

Heat the oil in the Kadai/wok for frying. Keep the flame medium.Carefully lift and slide the poori in the oil.Fry the poori till golden brown from both sides. Bajra Masala poori is ready to be served.
