Veggies Savoury Muffins

Take a pan add oil and heat it. Then add all chopped veggies in it and mix it well. Add salt as per taste then cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.

Then take a bowl add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt (remember we already add salt in veggies). Give it a nice mix. Then add cooked veggies and maggi masala magic and water as per required and mix it well. Remember the batter of muffins is not so watery nor so thick.

Then take a silicone muffin tray fill the muffins bowl half with the batter. Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180°.

Veggies Savoury Muffins is ready. Serve it hot. Enjoy!
