Wash sarson bhaji and spinach

Take a pan and 1/2 cup water and add sarson bhaji and spinach and then boil it for 10 to 15 minutes and when it comes to room temperature mash it with masher

Now take a bowl and add maize flour and some water and mix it well and add this in bhaji mixture and add salt and mix it well. Cook for 10 minutes

Now take a kadai and keep it on gas flame add ghee and then add green onions, salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add chilli ginger garlic paste and mix it well

Add garam masala, red chilli powder and mix it and add this to bhaji mixture

Now sarson Ka sag is ready

Now take Maggi and boil it. now take a pan and add butter and now add boiled Maggi, some salt, Maggi Masala and mix it well

Now take a serving glass bowl and add sarson ka sag and now add Maggi and garnish it with chilli and serve it
