On medium heat, add oil in a wide bottom pan. Sauté onions, carrots and celery for 5 minutes. Add capsicum and cashews and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add soya sauce, tahini, garlic powder and shredded cabbage. Stir well and cover. Cook for further 3 to 4 minutes. Check if the cabbage is done.

Transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander and season with pepper and chilli flakes if desired. Garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
