Ingredients

  1. 15-20kashmiri red dry chillies
  2. 1/4 cupdried fried onion flakes
  3. 10-12dry garlic flakes
  4. 1 inchdry ginger
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspblack pepper corn
  8. 1 tspcitris acid
  9. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First in a pan add dry red chillies and roast on low flame for a min.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into the blender/grinder jar and grind to make powder.

  3. 3

    Schezwan masala powder is ready. Add tsp of oil, mix well and store in airtight container and refrigerator it.
