Take a bowl add rawa and add curd(mashes)in them and make a mixture add salt, citric acid,soda,sugar in them

Then put in an oven and make idli for 10 minutes, (you ca make in steamer also) if idli ready then cut into any shape you want

Then put a pan put oil in it add mustard seeds.then add onion, capsicum.then add tomato and all spices,and then add idli,your idli is ready for eat
