First cut all the above mentioned vegetables finely then fry them in oil add salt and black pepper into it. Then keek it aside.

For the coating make a Dough of maida add some salt and oil into it

Make balls of maida and then make small roties of it,put the filling into it and close it with the help of water.

Put it into steamer for 15min. When it becomes translucent,it is ready.

For chutney first of all deseed the dry chillies and soak it in warm water for half an hour. Grate the garlic and a little bit ginger. Grind the onion. And then grind the red chillies.

Put some oil in pan add garlic paste after 1min add onion, when it gets properly cooked add red chillies paste

When oil starts separating add salt and ketchup also add pepper powder into it

Let it cook for 5 minutes. And the chutney is ready.
