Soft-Set Seasoned Eggs with Okonomiyaki Sauce

I usually stock-up on the "Otafuku" okonomiyaki sauce in my fridge since they're great for any occasion. After trying out different kinds of sauces, this brand is my favor.
The eggs absorb the marinade better if you chill them for a whole day. Recipe by 320coco

Steps
- 1
Pour enough water in a pan to cover the eggs and heat. When it comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and cook for 6 minutes. Turn the heat off.
- 2
Chill the eggs in running water, and remove the shells.
- 3
Place the eggs from Step 2 in a plastic bag. Add an adequate amount of the okonomiyaki sauce and mix well. Chill in the fridge.
- 4
The eggs will absorb the color of the sauce like in the photo and they taste great.
