Mix mayo, ketchup, and garlic powder together. Blend well. Add Worcestershire sauce and blend well. Cover the surface of the sauce with lots of black pepper until just coated and blend well. Repeat process of covering the sauce with black pepper and stir until mixed well. Refrigerate for two hours prior to use to allow the flavors to mingle. Serve with chicken fingers.
