300 gramsMixed ground beef and pork
1Onion
1Carrot
1 canCanned diced tomatoes
1 tspor 1 tablespoon Salt of Shio-koji
1Pepper

Steps

Fry the meat until cooked through. Add the minced onion and carrot, and continue stir-frying. When the oil has soaked in, add the canned tomatoes and 300 ml of water, then simmer for about 10 minutes.

Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper.
