  • 1 cuporange juice
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • 4 eachchicken breast
  • 1/2 cuphoney
  • 1 tbspworchestire sauce

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    mix all ingredients, but chicken in a pan

  2. 2

    add chicken. (frozen or thawed)

  3. 3

    simmer until cooked through. turn chicken every 3-5 min when simmering to glaze best.

  4. 4

    serve and eat! delicious!

  5. 5

    Putting on the grill at a hogher heats is best. It helpa carmalize the sauce.
