In a big mixing bowl take rava, rice flour and maida.

Mix them by adding water around 1-2 cup.

Now add more water then add salt, cumin seeds, black pepper & turmeric (optional). And mix them.

Add curry patta, ginger, green chili and coriander leaf then keep this mixture aside for 20 minutes. So that suji Will observe the water and batter will be set properly. Batter should be watery kind.. Running batter we need for this dosa.

Now heat the tawa nicely. Spread chopped onions and roast them for almost 1 minute. See last pic.. Onions cooked little bit.

Now spread them and pour batter.

Once dosa is dried then put little oil in center and corner.

Cook for 2 more minutes, dosa will start leaving the sides. Slowly take out dosa from tawa.

Serve Rava Dosa with tomato chutney and coconut chutney. Enjoy Hot Hot Rava Dosa!!!
