In a bowl add ghee,add ice cubes and whisk it

Now texture is creamy. Now add all-purpose flour mix it again.

Add gram flour, and add chilled water mix it well

And make a smooth flowing consistancy.Now batter is ready. Now take a big bowl add ghee and pour the batter keeping a good distance from hot oil. The batter will splatter and later the froth subsides. Repeat 10-15 times.

Pull the ghewar out once cooked and drain of the oil completely.

Ghewar is ready. Take a bowl add water,add sugar mix it well.dissolve sugar on medium flame.

Boil until syrup turns sticky.turn off flame,close lid and keep aside.pour the sugar syrup over ghewar. Garnish with chopped almonds.
