Take 2 cups wheat flour in a bowl.Add salt to the flour.
Add water as required and make a soft dough. Grease with little oil and keep it covered for 10 mins. - 2
Take a small ball of dough and dust with dry flour.
Roll into thin chapatis.Transfer chapati on pan.Now roast it on flame from both the sides. - 3
Now, apply the pure ghee and serve hot with sabji.
