Pearl Millet Chilla

Add pearl millet flour and gram flour in a mixing bowl.

Add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder, garam masala and chaat masala and carrom seeds. Make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly and stirring it.

Peel wash and Chop onion, tomato, green chilli, Tomato, carrot and coriander leaves and mix in batter.

Heat a griddle. Brush it with cooking oil. Pour a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of spetula. Roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden brown. Sprinkle few drops of cooking Oil all around. Likewise make all the chillas.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
