In a bowl add semolina, salt and water to make a dough. Add water gradually to make the dough.

Cling wrap the dough for 1 hour. Knead and smear olive oil. Knead again

Make balls and keep in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover with cling wrap for 30 mins

Now press on the ball and flatten and with your fingers keep pressing the sides to make a Roti shape

Fold one half, then fold another half. Fold again and again.

Complete the batch. In a pan heat olive oil and shallow fry the Turkish bread in batches until golden in colour.

Plate. I enjoyed with hummus
