Makhane Dryfruit Pinni

Heat 1 tbsp ghee n roast makhane(fox nuts). Cool and grind them,Keep aside.Heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast dry fruits.

Cool. grind it,keep kismis aside.Heat a pan take put jaggery fry till jaggery melts,add elaichi powder and mix then add a dry fruit powder,makhane powder kismis on low flame quickly.

Remove from heat add put Ina bowl, add desiccated coconut,mix then add 2-3 tbsp ghee,milk and mix.

Now make pinni.place a half chopped badam in centre.Ready to eat healthy pinni.
