Ingredients

30-40 mins

  • 1 cupSemolina
  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • 1/4 cupPlain flour
  • 4 tbspCurd
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1Finely chopped green chili
  • 3 tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspChat masala
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 3 cupsWater
  • as neededOil

Steps

30-40 mins
  1. 1

    Add semolina, plain flour and rice flour in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala.

    Add curd, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, ginger garli paste.

    Mix all the ingredients very well. Now add water gradually.

    Bring out the batter with a very thin consistency. Batter is ready.

    Heat a pan and grease some oil over it. Now add the batter to make a round dosa shape.

    When the dosa starts turning reddish from bottom then turn it to other side.

  7. 7

    Cook it for few seconds and remove it off the pan. Rava dosa is ready to serve.
