After washing the fishes, drain all the water and dry it well with kitchen towel.

Except oil firstly mix all the ingredients well then marinate the fish before 30 minutes cooking.

After that put them into skewers.then take a pan add some white oil, put the skewers in the frying pan..fry it all the side very carefully, so that they don't break.

After that hold them direct over flame till get the burnt texture and flavour.

Serve them with pudina chutney or any other sauce as your wish.
