Ingredients

  1. 200 gmBhetki phile (boneless)
  2. 3 tspHung curd
  3. 1/2 tspAjwain/carom crushed
  4. 4 tsplemon juice
  5. 1 tspkashmiri Chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspGinger garlic and green chilli paste
  8. to taste Salt
  9. as neededWhite oil

Steps

  1. 1

    After washing the fishes, drain all the water and dry it well with kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Except oil firstly mix all the ingredients well then marinate the fish before 30 minutes cooking.

  3. 3

    After that put them into skewers.then take a pan add some white oil, put the skewers in the frying pan..fry it all the side very carefully, so that they don't break.

  4. 4

    After that hold them direct over flame till get the burnt texture and flavour.

  5. 5

    Serve them with pudina chutney or any other sauce as your wish.
