Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsSweet potato
  2. 200 gramsCream cheese
  3. 4 tbspSugar
  4. 1Egg
  5. 100 gramsWhite flour
  6. 200 gramsLow-fat heavy cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the sweet potato. Mash it.

    Add the ingredients one by one and mix VERY well The batter will be thick.

  3. 3

    Line the pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

    If you stick it in the refrigerator for half a day, it becomes even more tasty.
