I made this as a fun bento for my three-year-old daughter.

Mix the rice up with the deco-furi until there are no lumps. Recipe by Asori mama

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1use as much (to taste) Hot cooked white rice
  2. 1Deco-furi (yellow)
  3. 1Deco-furi (blue)
  4. 1Toasted nori seaweed
  5. 1 dashImitation crab meat sticks
  6. 3beans Edamame

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the deco-furi with the warm rice. Make yellow and blue rice.

  2. 2

    Wrap the rice with plastic wrap to shape it into Funassyi's shape. Let cool as is.

  3. 3

    Make the eyes and mouth and other face parts with the toasted nori. Use crabsticks to make the cheeks and the red of the mouth.

    Put the cooled rice into the bento box and attach the face parts to finish.
