It's Strawberry Festival time again. Well I ain't going. As a kid we would get us a sausage onion and peppers sandwich. Except I am gonna add a little salt to mine!!!

It's Strawberry Festival time again. Well I ain't going. As a kid we would get us a sausage onion and peppers sandwich. Except I am gonna add a little salt to mine!!!
Cooking Instructions

Get the sausages and fry them.

Turn as needed slice the onions and peppers.
- 3
Had to fry in batches. Some were used in another recipe.

Smoked sausage is already smoked and cooked. I added the sausage back into the skillet to finish cooking. Season with seasoned salt. Cover with the water added to steam. Stir till bits are off the bottom.

When just cooked remove from heat and cover. Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving. Add to hotdog buns with your favorite condiments, and I hope you enjoy!!!
