Ek bowl lien, 1 cup warm milk, 1 egg, sugar, yeast powder dal ke ache se mix karlije,

Phr bread flour, salt add karte mix until doughy, then put butter and mix continuously,

Tip:
1. If your dough mixture turned out too wet, may add up some flour (not to much)2. If your dough mixture turned out too dry, may add up some butter or veg oil,

Knead for at least 5 mins or until smooth & elastic,

Gluten develops faster on bread flour which makes dough elastic (it took me around 5 mins only to knead this).

If your dough becomes dense, tough, difficult to flatten & fold that is a sign of over kneaded dough, enough kneading if dough is elastic,

Place & grease the dough with oil on a bowl, cover and proof for 1 hour on until doubled in size,

Dough (after proofing), punch air out of the dough, form the dough into a log, cut the dough into smaller pieces each piece weighs around 40 - 50 grams, yeild: 12 pieces,

Use shape mold and make the different donut design

Deep fry the doughnuts in oil, until slightly brown (cook in low flame)

Phr serving dish mein donuts nikal ke rakhiye aur coat with melted chocolate and sprinkles and serve it
