Italian Meatloaf Italian Meatloaf
Decided one evening to make meatloaf & husband told me we really needed to use our Italian Sausage. So, I made this. My home cooking does follow specific recipe books as well as recipes that I call 'exploring'. Thank Goodness my hubbie doesn't mind being a Guinea Pig! Saying that, this recipe is not exact because I rarely use measuring cups, I totally follow my intuition & cooking skills so I apologize in advance if this does not turn out the way you want! Usually meatloaf, is good, but I like to put BBQ on it to give it a little more flavor. This one has so much flavor, I use nothing on it. Everything just works together real nicely to deliver the taste. Fo Fa -
