In a pan heat ghee, add peanuts. Add dry fruits. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Now add curry leaves and green chillies. Saute for another minute.

Pour this entire mixture in the cornflakes.

Mix everything together properly. Now add sugar, salt. Add garam masala. Mix well.

Can add chopped onions and tomatoes. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Sprinkle nylon sev on top. Finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Remove in a serving plate.
