Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized unripe raw mango peeled and chopped
  2. 1 cupfresh or dessicated coconut
  3. 1-2green chilies chopped
  4. 1-2garlic cloves optional
  5. to tastesalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse the mangoes well. Then dry them with a kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Peel and chop them into small pieces.

  3. 3

    In a blender or grinder, grind all the ingredients with little water to a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Serve green mango chutney with dal & rice or savory rice porridge.
