Collect the ingredients.

Heat a tawa, grease with ghee. Place bread on it. Toast it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Flip it.Toast it for another 2 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame.

Cut the toast bread into pieces. Chopped the onion. Take a mixer jar, add tomato.

Add garlic cloves, ginger, curd.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder. Grind it. Make a fine paste.

Heat a kadhai, add one tbsp oil, let it hot. Add chopped onion, saute for a minute on medium flame, add tomato paste.

Add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt to taste.

Mix well. Saute for one minute. Add toast bread pieces. Mix well. Turn off the flame.

Bread Masala is ready to serve. Enjoy.
