Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 pinchsoda
  4. 1/4 tspbhuna Zeera Powder
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  6. 2 cupsYogurt
  7. 6 tbspsugar
  8. Chat masala for sprinkle
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add besan, salt, soda, red chilli flakes, bhuna Zeera Powder and add water and make a nice mixture.

    Heat oil and fry the Baray. When they turned golden pour them in water and leave it for 15 mins.

    Now take out the bhallas and squeeze all the water.

  4. 4

    Beat Yogurt with sugar and add Baray and sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy.
