Mix the flour with water,add water as needed mix it well without any lumps.
Tips(to remove the lumps you can strain the batter with strainer)

Batter should be smooth and running consistency.

Heat a pan,mix the batter once again and pour one ladle of batter on it and spread it.Wait until the it get dry on upper side

Flip it and cook for 1min and keep roasting,apply oil on both side and continue to roast,roast it well

Press the sides with spatula and roast well.Roast until you see brown spots on both side

Liquid dough paratha is ready.
