This is the official Kenwood recipe for pizza dough! It makes enough for 4 pizzas - you can divide the dough into 4 pieces and wrap any that you aren't using straight away in cling film to go in the freezer for a future day. :)

This is the official Kenwood recipe for pizza dough! It makes enough for 4 pizzas - you can divide the dough into 4 pieces and wrap any that you aren't using straight away in cling film to go in the freezer for a future day. :)

Place the flour, yeast and sugar in the mixing bowl with a dough hook fitted and turn it on low. Add the water, mix in, then add the oil and mix that in. Run at a medium speed for a few minutes. Adjust the consistency with a little extra flour or water as needed.

Leave the dough in a warm place to prove for 30 minutes to an hour, then punch it down and leave for another 30-60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220C. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. (At this point, any pizzas you aren't going to make straight away, wrap the dough with cling film and freeze.)

For each pizza, roll a piece out into a round, and put it on a pizza tray. Add toppings you want. Cook in the oven from 12-15 minutes. Yum!
