Homemade Chicken Salami

Grind and make thick paste of cleaned Chicken, chillies, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, lavang, ginger, garlic and salt in mixer. If required add 1 Tbsp water.

Take a big sheet of aluminium foil. Spread little oil on it. Put Chicken Mixture on aluminium sheet and make a shape of cylindrical log. Wrap this Chicken log in the foil and seal like candy as shown in picture.

Boil water in large pot. Put foil wrap Chicken log in the boiling water. Water level should be above the Chicken log. Cover and boil for at least 20 mins on high flame.
After switching off gas let the Chicken Log remain in hot water for 10 mins. - 4
Next remove Chicken log from hot water and let it cool down completely to remove foil.

Then cut into slices.

Heat a pan. Pour 2 Tbsp oil at first. Now put Chicken Salami slices in the pan and shallow fry from both sides until are golden brown. Oil if required, add 1 to 2 Tbsp in the pan to fry remaining slices.

Serve it hot or cold. Tastes really good.
