Steps

Take all the vegetables listed in the ingredients wash them in running water and cut them into small pieces

Boil the veggies first & keep them ready

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter & oil in a large pot on medium heat. Once the butter melts & the cumin seeds & let them sizzle.

Cook the ginger, garlic, green chilli for a 1 minute

Cook the oniones for around 4 minutes until golden brown in colour. Then add the finely chooped ginger, garlic & green chill

Then add chooped tomatoes & mix well then we will cook tamatoes for 2 minutes

Then add tomato puree 1/ 4 cup water & 1/4 teaspooon salt. Then we will cover the pan

Add the pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder & 1 teaspoon of salt & 1 teaspoon of salt & you can also add sugar(optional)

Mix well & you can also add kasuri methi

Stirin the boiled veggies & mix

Mash the veggies with the masala

Remaining 3/4 cup water & mix well

Cover the pot & set on low flam. & bhaji simmer on low heat for 15 minutes...and open the pot & add the butter & paneer cubes

To toast the pav, butter on a pan.
Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on the top of the buttor and then place the buneson rahein pan - 15
Press the toast the pav & golden brown from both sides
To serve the pav bhaji, place ladle full of bhaji in a plate...& serve with 2 pavs and a side of chooped onions & a lemon wedge
