Ingredients

  • 1orange zest
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 200 gramsflour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 25 gramsprestige margarine
  • 90 gramssugar
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour and baking powder and set aside.

  2. 2

    Line your baking tin and sprinkle flour

  3. 3

    Mix sugar..and butter..add egg/zest

  4. 4

    Add in flour mixture and fold in alternating with milk

  5. 5

    And pour in your batter in the baking tin..

  6. 6

    Bake for 50 minutes at 200°C
