Ingredients

  • 2banana mashed
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 200 gramsflour
  • 1egg
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 50 gramsprestige margarine
  • 93 gramssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour and baking powder and set aside.

  2. 2

    Line your baking tin and sprinkle flour.

  3. 3

    Mix sugar and margarine...add eggs

  4. 4

    Add in your mashed bananas..

  5. 5

    Mix well and add in your flour as you alternate with milk

  6. 6

    Pour in your baking tin and bake for 50 minutes at 200°C..
