Take 2 carrots.

Grate the carrot.

Take a pan and add 2 big spoons of ghee

Add grated carrot in ghee and let it cook for 5-7mins on medium flame till the water burns out.

Add milk and let it boil on medium flame for 10-15 minutes

Now, Add half cup of sugar and a pinch of cardamom powder and let it cook for 5-10mins

Garnish the delicious Carrot kheer with Almond, pistachio and cashew nuts and the yummy kheer is ready to serve
