  1. 500 gmspoha wash and soak
  2. some curry leaves
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomoto chopped
  5. 1capsicum chopped
  6. 4green chillies, chopped
  7. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. As per tasteChilli
  10. 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  11. Some coriander leaves
  12. as requriedOil
  13. ForFor Bhel
  14. as requiredNamkin
  15. fewLemon slices

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadai, add oil heat it.

  2. 2

    Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add onion, capsicum saute it well.

  4. 4

    After few min add tomoto and all spices.

  5. 5

    Add soaked poha mix it well.

  6. 6

    After take a plate serve poha garnish with bhel.

  7. 7

    Garnish with namkin, coriander leaves and lemon slices.

  8. 8

    Your bhel is ready.
