Nesquick Brownie

I had a tub of nesquick powder that had not been opened in years. It's basically 80% sugar and 20% cocoa, so I factored that into a hybrid recipe from other sources. I guess it simplifies the ingredients a bit!

Steps
- 1
Turn on the oven, to 160 degrees C
Line a 20x20cm cake tray with baking paper. - 2
Put the butter, chocolate and oil into a metal bowl and melt together. Use a bain marie to keep the temperature low - don't boil it.
- 3
Remove from the heat and mix in the nesquick.
- 4
Allow to cool until comfortable to hold. Then add egg, vanilla extract and beat until smooth
- 5
Mix in the flour until completely combined.
- 6
Pour mix into cake tray and bake for 25-30 minutes. After 20minutes there should still be wobble when moving the tray. Remove from the oven when the edge of the cake is solid and only the very centre has any give.
