Knead tight dough By add water

Make round ball and a very thin chapatti

Cut small puris.

Fry in pre heated oil at high flame, flip and then low flame

Take out when it becomes brown

For masala take boiled potatoes mash it add chopped onion, chopped coriander

Then add salt, red pepper powder, chat masala according to taste

Fill the masala in panipuri and taste it with chutney or teekha pani
