Steps

In a bowl stir the flour and yogurt together until it forms a dough.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface then cover the dough with a good sprinkle of flour. Knead for a minute or so until its less sticky and elasticated and workable.

Divide the dough into 4 even balls and roll each into a sausage shape. Then shape into a bagel.

Brush the tops and sides of each bagel with the egg and top with toppings of choice.

Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes on 180c.

Gently place the bagels in the air fryer, may have to use a spatula to lower the wet bagels without breaking them.

Air-fry for 10 minutes until golden brown on top.
