First of all in a big ball add sooji (semolina) and yogurt mix it together cover it with the plate and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes

Now add onion,green chillies, red chilli powder,salt, baking soda, white cumin seeds, crushed coriander and mix it all together

Don't add water it will be in the pouring consistency itself because yogurt has its own water in it

Now heat the oil and fry in medium heat (TIP :- ADD PINCH OF SALT IN THE OIL WHILE FRYING IT WILL NOT ABSORB EXTRA OIL)

Dish out in a plate and serve with your favourite dip or chilli garlic sauce or ketchup and enjoy hot !
