Arrange all ingredients as shown.
Soak chana dal and rice for 3 to 4 hours in water. Grind them along with curd into a paste without adding water. Let the mixture ferment for 6 to 7 hours. - 2
After fermentation adds turmeric powder green Chili Ginger, sugar, salt, and soda mix well. Add some water and prepare a smooth batter.

Grease and utensil with oil to prepare the Khaman. Add eno to the batter and add some water. Stir well but in One Direction only.

Heat some water in a pressure cooker, place a stand and on that stand place the khaman utensils. Steam it on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes without whistle.

Once the khaman are steamed well, let it cool and cut into square pieces.

Heat some oil for tempering and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped green chilies. Pour this tadka over the khamans and garnish it with some coriander leaves.

Now your khaman dhokla is ready to be served.
