Pan-Fried Salmon with Sweet Miso Marinade Pan-Fried Salmon with Sweet Miso Marinade
This is our family's usual fried salmon dish. It's one of my daughter's favorite meals. This is even easier to make with salmon that's already had the bones removed, but it'll be a bit more expensive. Since any sweet miso that spills out of the stuffed salmon in Step 7 will burn easily, wipe any excess with a paper towel to prevent burning. For 4 servings. Recipe by Chisora. cookpad.japan -

Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade
I found a lot salmon in the fridge that was about to go bad, so I decided to fry it all up I thought it would be safe to eat if it was marinated in vinegar. It was a big hit.Marinate while everything is still piping hot. This makes it a little less tart. If the fumes of the vinegar bother you, heat the liquid seasonings in the microwave. It seemed like extra work to put it all in a container and transfer it to a dish, so I put it directly on a dish. You can put spread it out on a plate first, and arrange it nicely before putting it on the table. Salmon Miso Marinade Salmon Miso Marinade
We often have this at our home. If you grill this on a fish grill, you'll get those great flavors of charred miso, but the clean-up tends to be rather difficult. You could cook in a baking or parchment paper-lined frying pan.I often use this marinade with cheap fish. You can freeze it after Step 5.When you cook it, let it defrost naturally.Miso burns easily. It's best if you flip the fish, but make sure the filets don't break. Lemon-flavored Grilled Burdock Root and Ginkgo Nut Marinade Lemon-flavored Grilled Burdock Root and Ginkgo Nut Marinade
I've become obsessed with making burdock root dishes recently , and I was given lots of ginkgo nuts. I wondered if I could make a tasty dish using both ingredients, so I tried adding the nuts to my usual burdock root marinade. It turned out surprisingly delicious, so I uploaded the recipe! It's really easy to make if you microwave the ginkgo nuts. Don't use an envelope with a transparent window, because it will melt! It's also nice with just the burdock root without the ginkgo nuts! Well, I used to make it with just the burdock root.
